Start the Create Strategy Workflow

  1. Click New Strategy in the sidebar.
  2. Enter a unique Strategy Name and confirm.

SMITH opens with an empty canvas, a dialog indicating that no States exist yet, and the Creation Checklist showing what's needed before you can save.

If you close the editor without saving, all work will be lost. You can reopen an unsaved session by clicking Continue Editing Strategy in the sidebar (available only while unsaved changes exist).

Tips​

  • Strategy names should be descriptive, e.g., EURUSD_Breakout_M5.
  • You can rename a strategy at any time by clicking the rename button in the editor header.
